By using SkillMinter (skillminter.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

2. Description of Service

SkillMinter is a free web application that generates Claude Code skill files (.mdfiles) using the Anthropic Claude API. The service is provided "as is" without guarantees of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates Anthropic's usage policies
Attempt to circumvent the rate limit (1 generation per day per user)
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to make bulk requests
Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the service in a way that harms its operation
Use the service to generate content intended to deceive, harass, or harm others

Generated skill files are for use with Claude Code. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before deploying it.

4. Intellectual Property

Skill files generated by SkillMinter using your input are yours to use freely. We claim no ownership over the output you generate. SkillMinter's name, logo, and interface are our intellectual property.

Generated content is produced via the Anthropic Claude API. Use of generated content is also subject to Anthropic's usage policies.

5. Rate Limits

To ensure fair access, SkillMinter limits skill generation to 1 request per day per IP address. This limit is enforced to keep the service free for everyone. We reserve the right to adjust limits at any time.

6. Disclaimers

SkillMinter is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

The service will be available at all times
Generated skill files will work correctly in all use cases
The AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or appropriate for your needs

Always review generated skill files before using them in production environments.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkillMinter and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or damage to systems caused by using generated skill files.

SkillMinter uses third-party services including Anthropic (AI generation), Vercel (hosting), Upstash (rate limiting), and Google (analytics, advertising). Your use of SkillMinter is also subject to these services' terms:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

10. Governing Law
